Tender Bobs

My family went to Greenhills for lunch, and as we were on our way to the parking lot, my mum told us to choose which restaurant we'd like to dine in. I said i wanted steak so we marched into Tender Bobs after parking the car.

It's a small restaurant, about 9-12 tables were crammed inside. and a few more outside. What made me like Tender Bobs was their chairs. they were sofas... the booth style couches. i love sitting on those. They're so soft on the butt and back :)

So anyway, the food tastes like any other steak house. AND the prices are affordable. I ordered the cheaper kind of ribeye steak and it costs Php 290. There's a more expensive rib eye for 460 (i think). The ribeye steak was sooooo soft. you can cut it with your spoon and it sort of melts in your mouth. I dont like their steak sauce though. I was looking for an A1 steak sauce taste, theirs lacked the steak sauce flavor. Their gravy was buttery and tasted good. It really matched the steaks. I also have to commend their chicken. I forgot what it was called, but the tase was so heavenly. It has cheese on top and the chicken was very juicy despite the fact that it was white meat. YUM

We ordered Buffalo style chicken tenders and clam chowder for appetizers. They have a different way o fcalling those, grumblers i think. The Buffalo Chicken Tenders were great! well not as good as Don Henrico's Buffalo Chicken, but they almost got that savory taste! The clam chowder was good. I have nothing to compare it too since that was the 1st time I have eaten Clam Chowder. The served the chowder on a big, round, bowl-shaped toasted bread. It was delish :)

Their service was great to. When we entered, a waitress greeted us and led us to a table for 6. Their waitress was prompt, and the best thing is they always smile :)

So, overall I'd rate them an 9 out of 10 :)

here's a the break down (in percent):

Ambience - 10/15
Comfort - 13/15
Service - 17/20
Food (taste) - 24/30
Affordability - 11/20

total: 90/100
